Do I need to make a reservation for tickets?

Hello, no reservation is required for tickets. You can purchase tickets at the on-site ticket office, through the official channels of Alipay Mini Program and WeChat Mini Program, as well as through multiple third-party platforms such as Meituan, Ctrip and Dazhong Dianping.

What does the ticket include? Are there any additional charge items?

Hello, Beijing Wildlife Park implements a "one-ticket system". The ticket includes all venues in the pedestrian area, animal behavior shows, self-drive safari (separate ticket required for private cars, free small train rides), Beast Zone and Fun Paradise, and you can plan your visit freely. Other upgraded services in the park such as catering, animal feeding food, touring scooters and accompanying scooters can be purchased as needed.

What are the park's free admission policies?

Hello! The free admission policies of Beijing Wildlife Park are as follows: 1. Children 1 meter tall and below; 2. Elderly aged 65 and above: need to exchange for a valid ticket at the scenic spot ticket office with their own "Beijing Tong - Senior Citizen Care & Assistance Card"; 3. Where is the park's mother-and-baby room located?

Hello, for the convenience of visitors, mother-and-baby rooms are available in the following locations in the park: South Line: Visitor Service Center, south of the Visitor Service Center, Golden Monkey Toilet, Small Train Drop-off Station, opposite the Small Train Restaurant, behind Show Food Street, Beast Zone Boarding Station; North Line: east entrance of Wonderful Journey, west of Luye Haoshi, east of Giraffe Venue, etc.
Except for the dressing room in the Visitor Service Center, the others are all unisex accessible toilets (third toilets).

Is stroller and wheelchair service provided?

Is luggage storage service provided? How much does it cost?

Hello, the park's Visitor Service Center provides free luggage storage services. Large luggage is properly managed by special staff; small items can be stored in face-recognition smart lockers; if you carry valuables, we also have a dedicated storage area.

Do I need to exchange tickets on site?

Hello, if you are going to the self-drive area, please exchange all tickets and vehicle tickets for paper tickets at the ticket window or self-service ticket machine in advance. People eligible for free admission (Senior Citizen Care & Assistance Card, disability certificate) need to exchange tickets on site with their own valid documents. Adult tickets and student tickets can be scanned directly to enter the park.

How much is the parking fee?

Hello: The park parking lot charges on a per-visit basis. Vehicles with fewer than 7 seats cost 20 yuan per visit, and vehicles with 7 seats and above cost 30 yuan per visit. If you need a parking fee invoice, you can get it from on-site staff (free within 30 minutes of entry, which is posted on site).

Do I need to apply for a Beijing Entry Permit?

Beijing Wildlife Park is located outside the 6th Ring Road. You only need to apply for a Beijing Entry Permit for areas outside the 6th Ring Road, which can be applied for by downloading the Beijing Traffic Police APP.

Can I bring my own animal food?

Hello, to protect the health of animals, bringing animal food into the park is prohibited. There is security check at the main gate. If you need to feed animals, you can purchase food as needed at the animal food supermarket after entering the park.
