The Biological Assets Management Committee is a professional deliberative body for biological assets, composed of professionals in the biological field.It is responsible for studying major issues related to plant cultivation, animal husbandry, exhibition, breeding, disease prevention, and animal safety; reviewing the company’s annual biological assets account statements; and providing professional guidance for the company’s biological assets management, including business analysis, technical support, and talent reserve.。
Job Responsibilities:
1.Improve the company’s biological assets management systems and procedures.
2.Regularly listen to reports on biological assets management and verify animal statistics reports.
3.Review key work concerning animal husbandry, exhibition, breeding, exchange, epidemic prevention and safety.
4.Review the company’s annual biological assets-related work plans and their implementation.
5.Coordinate with relevant departments on the implementation of biological assets work.
Organizational Structure:
The Committee consists of 1 Director, 1 Secretary, 12 Committee Members and 5 Alternate Members.
Committee members are divided into three grades:Grade I Member (highest), Grade II Member, Grade III Member, and Alternate Member.
