We provide comprehensive and thoughtful services to attend to your needs at any time. Should you require any assistance during your visit, please do not hesitate to look for our staff in yellow uniforms ("Little Yellow Coats") around you—they will offer you help at the earliest opportunity.

The Visitor Service Center is located 50 meters south of the main gate of the Pedestrian Area

Luggage Storage

To ensure a relaxed visiting experience, we offer free luggage storage services, Large luggage will be personally attended by our staff, Small items can be stored in face-recognition smart lockers, A dedicated storage area is available for valuables. Let us lighten your load so you can enjoy your visit to the fullest.

Pet Storage

The Visitor Center provides free pet boarding services, Please note that this service does not include feeding or walking your pet, though drinking water will be available.

Powder Room

The Visitor Service Center is equipped with an independent dressing room for you to wash and change clothes; it also functions as a mother-and-baby room, providing a private and convenient space for families with babies.

Stroller and Wheelchair Rental

Care never stops, and the journey is easy together. The Visitor Service Center provides free wheelchair and stroller rental services (limited quantity, first-come, first-served). Please cooperate with the registration when renting to facilitate us to provide you with more considerate services.

Emergency Medicine and AED

Your safety is our responsibility. The Visitor Service Center keeps emergency medicines on hand, and AED devices are available in the park for emergencies, with staff responding at any time. If you feel unwell suddenly, please contact the staff around you in time, and we will provide you with help.

Other Facilities

Rest during the journey, as warm as home. The Visitor Service Center provides free hot and cold drinking water, a rest and reading area, and popular science map viewing services. It also has thoughtful facilities such as shoe polishers, tea dispensers and microwave ovens.

Inquiry Service

Your needs are our responsibility. The Visitor Service Center provides consultation and answers for you, such as park routes and project introductions. We will escort your journey with sincere service.
