I. Job Responsibilities

1.Be responsible for the daily feeding and management of assigned animals, including regular and quantitative feeding, caring for animals during breeding, conducting thorough disinfection of animal living areas on a regular basis, and accurately completing feeding logs in strict accordance with requirements to ensure all work is traceable.
2.To improve visitor viewing experience and science education, conduct in-depth research on animal habits and behavioral characteristics, continuously optimize exhibition plans based on actual conditions, so that visitors can enjoy visual pleasure and gain knowledge during their visit.
3.Implement scientific behavioral training. Through positive reinforcement and patient guidance, train animals to cooperate in basic procedures such as physical examination, weighing and transfer, so as to effectively improve the efficiency and safety of animal management and reduce risks from manual handling.
4.Answer visitors’ questions about animal feeding and viewing patiently and carefully, respond to and properly handle reasonable requests from visitors in a timely manner, actively guide visitors to observe in a civilized and safe way, and maintain a good visiting environment.
5.Keep the interior of venues, exhibition areas, operation rooms, rest areas and surrounding environments clean and tidy, conduct regular cleaning and disinfection to ensure the health and safety of animals and visitors.
6.Undertake daily management of animal housing facilities (including cages, fences, ventilation equipment), feeding tools (food bowls, water dispensers, cleaning tools) and office equipment, promptly identify and resolve equipment issues to ensure normal operation.

II. Job Requirements

1.College diploma or above, with solid cultural literacy and professional foundation.
2.Majors related to animal breeding, animal husbandry, veterinary medicine, or wildlife conservation are preferred. Systematic on-the-job training will be provided to ensure full competence for the position.
3.Love animals, have a strong sense of responsibility, good execution and communication skills. Able to strictly follow standard operating procedures to ensure work quality and efficiency.
