Service Guide

I. Job Responsibilities

1.Provide visitors with accurate route guidance and venue location information. Proactively guide and manage visitor flow in crowded areas to maintain on-site order and ensure a safe and smooth visit.
2.Create a fun and engaging atmosphere through interactive activities and value-added services to enhance visitor experience.
3.Station at designated service points, conduct proactive patrols and respond promptly to visitor needs. Provide timely assistance including inquiries, support with personal items, and other help to improve visitor satisfaction.
4.Offer special services such as face painting and handcraft braiding for interested visitors. Recommend suitable styles according to preferences to ensure high-quality service and unforgettable memories.

II. Job Requirements

1.College diploma or above, with good cultural literacy and service awareness.
2.At least 2 years of working experience in service-related positions, familiar with service processes and standards, able to handle various service issues independently.
3.Love animals, have a strong sense of responsibility, good execution and communication skills. Able to strictly follow standard operating procedures to ensure work quality and efficiency.
